Mary Beth Boehm

Certified Wedding Planner & Event Designer

Mary Beth is originally from a small midwest town outside of Chicago. She majored in dance and education in college. She was a successful ballet teacher on the North Shore but put her career on hold to raise a family. Mary Beth needed an outlet for her creativity and organizational skills, so with years of experience in production, she naturally shifted into the wedding and event planning industry.

Mary Beth will carefully listen to your vision and expectations. She will personally work along side you to layer every delicate detail into a highly personalized concept reflecting your distinctive style and personality.

With a passion for details and creativity, her weddings flow with a beautiful rhythm and gracious style

Detailed Service Packages

Day/Month Of

This is for hands on couples that have already planned their entire wedding day and have all their vendors booked. Mary Beth can manage it on the day-of. About 4 weeks before your event, we will start to collect everything you’ve organized for your event. We reach out to your vendors to make sure all the details are covered. We are there for the last walk through and rehearsal. On your big day, Mary Beth is the first to arrive and the last to leave.

Partial Planning

We work with couples who have already booked their venue and at least 3 of their vendors. We come in about halfway through to help with the remaining vendors and organize the day. We help you tie up the loose ends and all the details We are there for the last walk through and rehearsal. On your big day, Mary Beth is the first of arrive and the last to leave.

Full Planning

We offer full service to our clients that would like their wedding developed by Mary Beth’s expertise. Mary Beth will develop a cohesive plan from the start to tell your love story. She will set up appointments and then work with the vendors you choose. Using her years of experience, suggest unique details that will express your vision. Mary Beth will keep your event organized and on budget while making sure you get the final say in all the decision making. This is really the best package for a completely stress-free experience.

Let’s Talk

We offer a complimentary consultation to get to know you and see how we can assist you. At our first meeting, we will go over your overall vision or feel of the day, budget and some money saving tips, what we offer as your planner as well as details unique to you. We can meet at over coffee or at the venue to get things started.
